How to Apply

Twist the collar of the applicator until the concealer is visible on the sponge (may require multiple turns on first use). Apply directly to the under-eye area or desired spots, blending outward with the sponge, fingertips, or a brush. For extreme dark circles, apply the Neutralizer shade under the concealer shade.
